It is possible that the landlord takes a security deposit in the amount of Euro 300, -. For sure, this deposit is refundable if the apartment is left in a clean and undamaged condition.

The prices are quoted for the whole apartment per night, including the first Initial fitting-out supply of bed linen and towels, excluding tourism levy and final cleaning.
The Tourism Levy is 3,00 Euro per person per day (Children aged 15 or younger do not have to pay Tourism Levy.
The Final Cleaning of the apartment costs 150,- Euros
